This article contains instructions about how to in-process online (required!), as well as an invitation to our New Student Orientation Program on Friday, August 16th.
- Please reference the attached “WINGS In-Processing Guide” to complete in-processing PART I (steps 1-14) no later than July 15th.

Our New Student Orientation Program (NSOP) will take place on Friday, August 16th, 2019 from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. NSOP is an opportunity for incoming cadets to get to know one another and detachment leadership, ensure completion of all required application paperwork, and answer any further questions you may have about AFROTC. This is a voluntary event, however, your attendance is encouraged to ensure all logistics are taken care of before classes begin!
Check-in will begin at 0800; the location is TBD and will be communicated via e-mail NLT 1 August 2019. The program will begin promptly at 0900. Please review attachments for a list of several required documents that you will need to bring with. All documents (birth certificate, SSN card, etc.) must be original; copies will be made and originals returned to you!
Please respond to this email to let us know if you will be joining us for NSOP. RSVP to email@example.com no later than Friday, 9 August at 2:00pm; please include the following information in your RSVP:
-Your name (last, first)
-Will you be bringing guests?
-How many guests will be with you? (parents, family, friends are welcome to attend)
The dress code for this event is casual clothing, suitable for a professional environment (i.e. no cut off shorts, ripped jeans, low-cut tops, excessively tight clothing, or anything that exposes undergarments).
